Refund Policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received with clear pictures of the manufacturing error. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Please send an email to lucamaximstore@gmail.com with a picture of the issue and an explanation of your claim so that we can personally help you in the best and fastest way possible.
Refunds are usually possible with us, in that case contact us as soon as possible after placing or receiving the order. Within 14 days of the product being delivered to you as a customer.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We can replace items within 14 days of delivery If you need to exchange it, send us an email at lucamaximstore@gmail.com. or use our contact form.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
